Employer Services
Helping employers keep costs down by providing work placement volunteers
Since 1985 the YMCA of Niagara’s Employment Services has helped hundreds of employers meet their staffing needs. The YMCA works with dozens of employers each year helping with recruitment and staffing.
The Employment Assistance program assists youth and adults who have barriers to employment through comprehensive employment based workshops. These individuals participate in work placements where they receive hands on experience in a job environment.
By getting involved, employers directly impact on the lives of many people in the community who are eager to work and contribute.
Employers save time and money. With our qualified, experienced staff, employers will participate in the selection of program participants looking for work placement.
